At Pixlance, we aim to provide excellent service to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our subscription plans.


Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Cancellations will stop future billing cycles, but any charges already incurred are non-refundable unless stated otherwise below.


Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and Pixlance reserves the right to make the final decision in all refund matters.

  1. For Multi-Month Subscriptions:

    • If a subscription is canceled after partial use, the unused portion (e.g., remaining months) will be refunded.

    • Example: For a 3-month subscription canceled after 1 month, a refund for the remaining 2 months will be issued.

  2. For Single-Month Subscriptions:

    • Refunds are not provided if the client has used the service for more than 20 days within a billing cycle.

    • Refunds for daily usage or partial months are not available.

  3. General Refund Conditions:

    • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with designs if revisions and corrections have been offered.

    • All refund decisions made by Pixlance are final and binding.


Fair Use and Refunds

Clients must adhere to Pixlance’s Fair Use Policy, which allows one active design request at a time. Abuse of this policy may result in the denial of refunds or service cancellation.
