Service Overview

Pixlance offers unlimited graphic design services on a subscription basis, with the following terms:

  • Fair Use Policy: While the service is unlimited, only one design request will be processed at a time.

  • Revisions and Edits: Unlimited revisions are included. However, editing complexity may vary based on individual requests, and the turnaround time may change accordingly.

  • Final Agreement: Upon signing up, you agree to the terms outlined in the subscription contract. These terms are binding and will depend on individual agreements.

Payments and Renewals

  • Payment Options: Payments can be recurring or one-time, based on the subscription plan chosen.

  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered but may be granted in certain circumstances at Pixlance’s sole discretion. Our decision on refund eligibility will be final and binding.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Refunds depend on the type of subscription:

    • For multi-month plans, unused months may be refunded (e.g., a three-month plan canceled after one month will result in a two-month refund).

    • For single-month plans, refunds are not provided after 20 days of usage.

  • Refunds for partial months or daily usage are not available. All refund decisions are final and at Pixlance’s discretion.

Ownership of Designs

  • Subscribers receive full rights to the designs created.

  • For commercial use, an additional licensing fee may apply. Clients must inquire about licensing before airing or publishing designs commercially.

  • Designs cannot be resold under any circumstances.

Liability Disclaimer

Pixlance strives to deliver high-quality designs, but:

  • We are not liable for delays or unmet expectations.

  • Adjustments may be made in specific cases, but all decisions will be final and at our discretion.

Prohibited Use

  • Pixlance does not create designs that promote offensive, illegal, or unethical content.

  • We do not condone or support any illegal activities in connection with our designs.

Dispute Resolution

  • Pixlance aims to avoid disputes and resolve issues amicably.

  • In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final and binding.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
